01Whose name are the domain and hosting under?+
The domain and hosting sit in our account, and the $99 a year covers them. The site is published for your business and the content is entirely yours.
02What happens if I don't renew?+
If the yearly fee isn't renewed, the site goes offline. We say this upfront so nobody is caught out. Your site is kept, so it can be brought back.
03Who prepares the content?+
You provide the text and photos. If you don't have suitable images, we source ones that fit your trade, and we shape the copy together.
04How many pages is it?+
Usually one flowing page you scroll through — that works best for a small business. If your trade needs it, extra sections can be added.
05What if I want the site fully in my own name?+
That's possible. If you pay ten years upfront, the domain and site files are transferred to you; you set up hosting yourself and we walk you through it step by step.
06If I want to grow later, do I start over?+
No. Your site grows from where it is — e-commerce, a second language or custom software is built on top of what's already there.
